Welcome in! I'm Annette Cavallaro. I do all the food prep, cooking, and cleaning. All you do is heat it up and bam! This is not corporate chain-style food. Everything is made with real recognizable ingredients: NO fillers, preservatives, food coloring, or other unnecessary additives you'd typically find in mass-produced foods or listed on the back of a box. It's cheaper to prepare food this way but that doesn't make it good. This kind of homemade cooking takes time, care, and attention. Offering Soup, Salad, Mains, and Dessert.

I provide freshly prepared take-and-bake meals made in a licensed commercial kitchen in Saugatuck, Michigan, available for pick up. I also offer private chef experiences.
I'm Annette Cavallaro. Food has always been at the center of my life. I grew up learning that good food takes time, care, and attention; it's meant to bring people together.
Over the years, I've successfully owned and operated two Italian restaurants (and a food truck and bakery). One restaurant focused on a more refined, elevated menu, while the other embraced a street-food style approach. I've since sold my branding when I relocated to Holland, Michigan as I entered a new chapter.
Today, I focus on take-and-bake meals prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen. This removes me from the 85-90 hour workweek grind that I've done for years, allowing me time for friendships, family, and balance.
Homemade Italian-inspired comfort food made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients. All soups, sauces, and dressings are made from scratch! Prepared with real ingredients and no processed shortcuts. The only exception I make is that I use premium dry pasta because it holds its' texture, travels well, and delivers the best results for take & bake. I often make a variety of homemade ravioli (and teach it), so I plan to add that to my rotating menu.
I've partnered with Hotplate.com to make ordering simple and stress-free. Hotplate handles scheduling, availability, and payments so I can focus on cooking. Creating an account is free. Once you're signed up, you'll receive a text notification whenever a new ordering window opens or a new class is offered.
You simply enter your cell number. When I open up to take orders, you'll automatically get a notification. At that point, you'll be able to see what's available and order what you'd like. You'll choose the pick-up day and time. That's it!

Yes. A large cookie sheet or baking sheet is highly recommended. Sliding the catering tray onto it helps support the weight and makes carrying it to your vehicle much more secure.
I've added quarter pan options due to requests for it.
